HUMAN RESOURCES AND PAYROLL DEPARTMENT
In these difficult economic times, CMH is proud to be a part
of a growing industry in a healthcare environment which provides

Employer, currently the Human Resources Department at CMH has
hired approximately 180 employees in our small rural
community—a community which consistently seeks to find employment
opportunities close to home to strengthen community ties and
stabilize a faltering national economy. As a member of the local
Chamber of Commerce and other service organizations in the communities
we serve, CMH has a moral and lawful obligation to make people
aware of all current job opportunities that are offered through the
hospital. The Human Resources Director is responsible for the
hiring process through CMH, and personnel are hired according to
their job qualifications and employment history. New hires are
asked to complete drug testing and other appropriate healthcare
testing as deemed necessary through the Department(s). Applications
for current job listings are available through the Department,
and as needed, employment opportunities are advertised in local
news publications and/or other appropriate media sources. It is
the responsibility of the Human Resources Department to stay
compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations and
mandates regarding employment opportunities/concerns relating to
employment. The Director of Human Resources is responsible
for both the Human Resources and the Payroll Department at CMH.
Hours of operation for the Human Resources Department and the
Payroll Departments at CMH are Monday—Friday, 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m.
