The business office personnel play a vital part in implementing and maintaining business operations for Choctaw Memorial Hospital. Patient billing, facility billing, and general accounting practices are some of the major responsibilities for this Department. The CMH business office works closely with other departments within the hospital to insure that claims are billed correctly. Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances are accepted. The goal of this department is to bill claims quickly and precisely. The staff believes in delivering quality service in everything they do. As leaders in healthcare, they value community and always seek to act responsibly. It is their goal to provide excellent service and communication to our community, while striving to treat each patient with courtesy, respect, and dignity. Because they understand that the patients sometimes will face personal hardships, including financial and emotional difficulties, the staff in this department will always strive to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while assisting patients and their families to relieve any undue burdens.
