ADMINISTRATION



The administration staff include the CEO, the CFO, and all those individuals who are involved in the general administrative and accountability practices within and outside of Choctaw Memorial Hospital. They are directly accountable to the Board of Trustees. The primary function of this department is to oversee the administration of the hospital including attending all Board of Trustee meetings, all financial board meetings, all department head meetings, and any or all other meetings within the community which may affect CMH. They oversee policy and procedures within each Hospital department, comply with all state, federal, and governmental/healthcare compliance concerns and issues, act as liaison between Chief of Medical Staff, and work within and outside the community to establish excellent community rapport.
